About the Chef
I began cooking as a child, preparing meals from my Betty Crocker's New Boys and Girls Cookbook, and I haven't looked back. These days, my emphasis is on fresh, wholesome foods that not only taste great, but are good for you as well.
I have lived and worked in the Metrowest, MA, area since 1994. Before moving "out west," I worked at Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge, MA. I am licensed, insured and ServSafe certified. I am a member of the Personal Chefs Cooperative and Women Chefs & Restaurateurs.
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, reading, watching Food Network, cooking for two local shelters, volunteering at my childrens' school and getting together with friends. The most treasured moment of my day is when my family sits down to dinner together.
