I can't tell you how nice it was to come home to a fridge and freezer full of all sorts of delicious food I can eat!
We had the turkey meatloaf last night and it was delicious. We also were big fans of the maple sweet potatoes. I loved the (tofu-ricotta) stuffed shells. The spinach was a hit with everyone; my daughter couldn't get enough of it!
