Fit and Fresh - NEW!

The new "Fit and Fresh" package is a great way to try out the personal chef service and jump start your fitness, all at once! The basic package is a 1-hour session, at your home, with a Certified Personal Trainer and a Personal Chef. While you're working out, I will prepare a healthy dinner for you and your family to enjoy that evening.

The package starts at $175 and includes EVERYTHING - 1 hour with the trainer, equipment, groceries, and a wonderful meal that will serve a family of 4. Additional training sessions and meals can be purchased, but we'll leave that up to you.

Because this is a custom service, it's suitable for most people, whether you're rehabilitating from surgery; trying to lose that baby weight; getting ready to run a spring marathon; or just want to get off the couch and work those muscles. I will come to your home and teach you how to prepare quick, healthy lunches or dinners for you and your family.

You will gain the skills, knowlege and confidence to prepare wonderful, healthy meals in your own kitchen. During our 2- to 4-hour session, we'll prepare a meal for you to serve your family that evening, as well as another dish or two to refrigerate for the next night.

Cooking lessons are priced by the hour, plus the cost of groceries.
